Jordan P. Johnson

With more than 17 years of communications experience, Jordan P. Johnson represents public and private companies, municipal utilities, agricultural entities, and nonprofits. Jordan has also served as a public-policy commentator for several media entities throughout Arkansas, including Talk Business, Arkansas Business and all broadcast media markets in the region.

Specializing in environmental communications, Jordan is known for building unconventional partnerships between private companies, public entities, and non-governmental organizations to find solutions to public issues.

Formerly, Jordan was senior vice president, director of strategic communications and a member of the Board of Directors at Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods (CJRW), one of the largest full-service advertising agencies in the southwest United States.

Jordan coaches youth baseball in Little Rock. He is the past president of the Arkansas Foodbank Board and the former board chairman of Riverfest. In 2014, he was named to the University of Arkansas National Alumni Board as a lifetime member. Jordan previously served on the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation and was appointed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors to the Little Rock Parks and Recreation Commission. Jordan and his wife, Angie, have been past chairs of the annual Community Easter Sunrise Service in Little Rock.

Jordan has been featured in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s “High Profile” section for his work in renovating the old Rock Island Railroad Bridge into the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge, a pedestrian pathway spanning the Arkansas River. He was also honored by Arkansas Business as part of its distinguished “40-Under-40,” a list of individuals under forty years of age who are making a difference in Arkansas. Jordan was selected in 2009 to participate in the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce’s leadership program and is a 2003 graduate of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XVIII.

Jordan is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis on public relations. While managing his team at CJRW, Jordan received his Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law. Born and raised in Bryant, Arkansas, he earned a black belt from the American Taekwondo Association by the age of 7. Jordan now lives and raises his three children in Little Rock alongside his wife, Angie Johnson.
